Membership Application Process
1. Read and understand the service, the benefits and your opportunity by reading the Summary of the Membership Terms & Conditions.

2. Fill out the form
3. Sign/check the Declaration
4. Pay for the membership ? you will receive an email acknowledging the receipt of your application
5. The membership application is assessed and the reply is issued within 48 hours of the application.
6. Application and payment can also be made at The BEAP Group Monthly Meet Up, Quarterly Seminars/Workshops and Annual Conferences.
7. A conditional membership is permitted thus allowing the applicant to pay the member fees for the event.
8. The formal application process will continue and the applicant will be informed of the outcome within 48 hours.
Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership is granted after a formal application process
Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of approval.
Renewals are due 7 days prior to the anniversary of membership approval.
Membership rights are issued and declined contingent upon observance of The BEAP Group Terms & Conditions.
Rulings by the Membership Committee of matters arising from disputation query and conduct contrary to The BEAP Group Terms & Conditions is final.
No member can use the membership for prospecting in/for Multi Level Marketing systems, schemes and arrangements known in the vernacular as ?get rich quick schemes?.
A member cannot ?badger, button hole?, or coerce another member in relation to a product or service.
No political, religious, racial/gender biased materials, views and opinions contrary to the principals of The BEAP Group are permitted.
The BEAP Group forums, blogs, messenger, member to member including B2B (business to business) communications systems are to be used in support of The BEAP Group principals.
Members endorse and support the principals of The BEAP Group.
The BEAP Group is a forum and a meeting place for those looking outwards and across borders. The BEAP Group member seeks knowledge and experience in the arts & culture, business, communities and the people of the Asia Pacific. The Group is inclusive, sharing and supportive within a Compliance & Good Governance framework
BEAP Members as business owners strive to produce goods and services which have a high value and low carbon yield in an ethical and principled way
Membership is not transferable
Member benefits are specific to the holder and cannot be exploited for the use of non-members
The Membership Committee reserves the right to withdraw the membership for any breaches of this rule
The Student membership category is valid for the duration of their status and will be asked to produce documentation to confirm the same
Members whose activities bring The BEAP Group into disrepute and reflect poorly upon the organisation will be suspended until the Membership Committee fully assess the situation
The member will be asked to show cause for a continued membership to The BEAP Group.
Refund Policy
If the membership application is rejected ? a refund is issued to the applicant.
If the applicant withdraws the application during the Cooling off Period
If exceptional circumstances prevents a member from participating ? a refund is issued on assessment by the Membership Committee.

7 days from the date of receipt of the application

Complaints are welcomed – it will help improve our systems.

The BEAP Group collects member details in connection with our role as The BEAP Group Membership Managers. The BEAP Group will not disclose your personal details to any third party other than Agents/3rd Parties who (may) manage an event or function on behalf of The BEAP Group to ascertain your enrolment (sign in/registration) to the event (Meet Up, Seminar/Workshop or Conference
You may request a copy of your details from our records (95 ? 98% of the stored member information is within the Member Profile which you the member have control over such as add edit/delete functions).
The Membership Committee
The committee is made up of representatives of The BEAP Group Executive, Management and three (3) BEAP Group Members (Annual appointment by The BEAP Group members).
The Membership Committee assess all applications and where appropriate will make contact with the applicant to clarify any issues regarding their application.
Membership Terms & Conditions
The ultimate authority rests with The BEAP Group Membership Committee where the decisions are final.
The Membership Card is not a credit card or proof of credit worthiness.
